EK Dispatch

hi folks,

does any one had recently asessment with EK for Flight Dispatch i am invited for asessment in December and would like to share some experiance with Dispatchers.
How is the package ?
What they expect ?
How is the interview ?
what they ask ?
how is the dispatch ?
