Any experts here in Sabre Crew Control?

I have already got my initial Q's answered, I'm very greatful for that :)

But since then I have a new one:
When selecting "Insert Hotel and Pickup for selected Employee(s)" We only get Hotel but no pickup. I think we have defined the pickupinfo correctly but still the system doesn't generate any pickupinfo. So is there anyone here that has this feature activated and could maybe help me with the settings?

Hotel & pickup is defined in the rules but there is also a check box in the hotel definition. Check first that the 'shuttle provider' option is not ticked for this hotel. If that is not the problem then it will probably be the the rule which is a bit more complicated to fix.
