S/L, T/L, TT/L - what does this mean

Just looking at the Jeppesen airport directory for info on FZAA/FIH Kinshasa in D.R.O.C ... the PCN is S/L 44, T/L 88, TT/L 220. This is the load on one main gear leg ... but what does 44 stand for .. does it mean 4400 kgs or 44000 kgs or maybe pounds ... any comments please ......:ugh:
