Kenyan flight ops/dispatch exams

Hey guys,
i am currently a ground handler with some company and i would like to sit for the flight dispatch exams and i would like to know the minimum requirements to be eligible to sit 4 the paper. I also heard that it is the actual jaa atpl exams + extras( i mean it includes helicoper ops) how true is that?

General Aviation in Italy

i need to know some info regarding the General Aviation in Italy?
for ex if the crew are happy when they arrive in ITaly and which is the difficult in Italy for the ground handling.
and which is the best company to provide the services in Italy for complete services and price.
