LED - Aircraft Handling

Anyone got any tips re Aircraft & Passenger handling at LED/ULLI to handle an MD81 162Y?

The Janes database whilst informative doesn't give enough information on who is a Handling company or an Agent. Is an agent required to operate in there?

We always use PAS (Pulkovo Aircraft Services) for our business jets and are very happy with their services. As far as I know they can also handle airliners, so just give it a try. If needed they can also help you with organising the landing permission for Russia. Ask for Sven Sulg, General Manager of the company, nice guy:ok:
