ID-flying on TAP

Goodmorning all ,

As an ID ( I fly the 737 with a Star Alliance member ) I'm planning on taking a number of TP flights from the continent to Brasil and back in NOV or DEC but so far I haven't found a way to check/correct my listings or check the booking status of the flights I plan on taking.

I can't do anything online *via FlyZed for instance * and I try to avoid the call-centres as , in my experience , they won't get you anywhere.

Can someone from dispatch or other ground staff be of any help?

Of course I'll be able to return the favour on my own airline's flights :D

The TAP ticket desk at the airport you are based at will be able to help with booked loads etc. If they can't actually waitlist you themselves, they should be able to tell you who to contact to do that as well.

Thanks for the reply , but I already did that last year.
It's not so much the listing that's the problem: I'm looking for a way to regularly check booking status via phone/email or online whilst being away , to schedule my trip back to EU.
