TRC / Dispatch wage structure

Hi all, new to the forum although I've been following for a while.

I'm trying to help out some ex-colleagues with getting some figures for different companies that perform a TRC / Dispatch function. They're trying to find out an industry average if there is such a thing as, yep you've guessed it........they're after a pay rise.

Could anyone help by at least pointing me in the right direction as I haven't come across much info in the last few days. I HAVE tried the search, just not coming up with what I need.

They perform the function for BA / ZB / EZY plus GA flights too.

thanks

£28,500
If you're working for a handling agent outside the capital try about £14-15k.

Does that include a shift allowance? Are there any add ons?
