Perf Factor

Dear all

Does anybody tell me how can I calculate the performance factor entered in MCDU using APM module of PEP?
I have read (Getting To Grips AC Performance Monitoring) they don't mentioned about how to calculate it.
I did RUN in APM and I found: the mean value of DSR = -2.5
From this value how can I calculate performance factor
