Training Record Software

I'm looking at updating our current training record system (excel spreadsheets + board in the office) to an online programme and am wondering if anyone has any software recommendations.

I'm trying to find something that we can access and update remotely with a calender option, a section for crew details and a notification system, and preferably the option to upload pdfs of certificates. Any suggestions?

We are a small company (15 pilots) so are looking for something that is not too expensive and is easy to set up.

They might be too big but i'd recommend evoke systems
Their system does all of the training record certs although i'm not sure about expiries. They also do electronic flying staff instructions etc.
