Who is Hiring in the middle east ?

Hello

Anybody know if any airlines in the middle east are hiring unexperienced flight dispatchers ?

Most airlines are requiring a minimum of 2-3 years experience and some want type rating on License

What's your advice for some unexperienced flight dispatchers to get a job ?!
