dispatch duty

Gentlemen,

I would like to ask this question:

I have operations but my dispatchers are not really qualified for the job. I have to keep them. The question is: How can I improve thier knowledge?

Many Thanks

Suggest that you start with your required job description; review their current skills against this and then map the gaps per individual.

The training required to meet the skill set that you require will depend on these skill gaps. It is unlikely to be uniform across your team.

Once these are defined then there are lots of ways of improving skills but until you know what is required your just as likely to waste valuable resources by training unwanted or unnecessary knowledge as to improve your team.

KSA??

Your location is quoted as KSA...if this is true your dispatchers must be licenced. I hope that this is the case, otherwise you will be operating illegally.
