Fixed Base Operation

Hey guys

Hopefully i'm with the correct forum, if not please tell me which one.
I would like to start a FBO in Namibia. Do you guys have any tips and advice for me. To start of, I'll be at a small airport, about 200 scheduled a/c taking off and landing everyday. From 210's up to 1900's and citation jets.

time share and fractional ownership would be a good start, with any sort of aircraft management. AC mechanic would also be worthwhile!

Thanks but is there anyone out there that owns a FBO at a small airport to give me some advice for starting off. Or that knows of a website or 2 with references
