vacancies

There are not much vacancies in europe.
Germany, yes, some new compny in Hannover.
But be advised that in europe licenced dispatchers is not mandatory.

there are indeed some vacancies in germany but the major airlines all want you to hold a licence issued by the lba (german aviation authority).
for working at the smaller airlines holding a licence is often not mandatory.

but in general you could say:
small airline= small salary

ps: transferring the faa into a lba licence is not possible
