Working Time Limitations

anyone have any idea how the new UK law on Working hours and holiday/time off ( introduced Nov 99 )affects ops staff ?

Unless it has changed resently, we are exempt because we work in the transport industry.
Its a case of "Is he breathing, keep whipping!"
