Transport Canada licence training.

Could someone point me in the direction of where I can get training for the the two generic parts of the Transport Canada licence please? I have had a look on the TC website but can't find anything (maybe I'm not looking in the right bits:confused:).

Also is there any restriction on someone from the UK working and training as a dispatcher in Canada?
