Aircrew schedule and bidding software

Hi,

I'm looking for a program for crew scheduling and if possible bidding.
How do you do your's?
Where can I find such software?

using SBS Maestro suite ( boeing soft ) at EK,
i guess you can find them via www.jeppesen.com
