flight dispatch training in australia

Am working as a flight dispatcher with a major airline in africa and i with a group of seven fellow staff urgently need certificate/licence training at an approved school/college in australia or malaysia.
Is there anyone out there who has a school/college in mind where we can get quality training, sydney,melbourne,brisbane etc?

try emirates airline college in Dubai, that would be nearest I think to Africa.
