Hi scarlett, I'm starting my CSA training a week on Monday and am very excited, especially having received some pre-training materials through the post. I've sent off for all of my references (am still waiting on one), have sent off and received my criminal record check from Disclosure Scotland and have memorised everything in the pre-training material. I'm on a 25 hour a week contract which apparently is a series of five hour shifts which may include doubles or split shifts. Job entails checking people in, boarding them at the gate, escorting passengers from the gate to the aircraft, meeting arriving flights to process passengers through arrivals and deal with any disruption. Good luck!

finding_nema I will be on a 18.5 hours contract which is ideal as I was looking for something around those hours, best of luck for next week :)
