EK Flight Dispatcher

Can anyone shed some info on EK Flight Dispatch and was wondering if anyone here works/has worked there:hmm:. Info like Gross Payscale, duty roster, Grade?

Its grade 8
Basic salary 10150dhs
Transport allowance 495dhs
Utilities allowance 4885dhs
4 Daýs on 4 off. 12 hrs shifts
