anyone to help me about dispatch release ?what is it and what it requires ? thanx;) ;) ;)

Hello there
dispatch release is the (legal)authorization required for flight to depart.
This authorization requires the concurrence of the pilot in command and dispatcher,acknowledging that the flight can be conducted safely.
