when Eastern Airways fly into GLA,unless they are operating flights for BMI,their preferred handling agent is Aviance.

Who the **** are Service Air??

Oh. you mean Servisair; they've only been on the airport since '54 but hey, what's in a name?

manspot 16th October 2007 03:20

Red 17, where have you heard this from? I know Aviance at MAN seem to be concentrating on the BA product at present at the expense of their other carriers but was not aware VLM were getting itchy feet.

cumberland 18th October 2007 20:00

Red 17 your playing a dangerous game! Back to the Island for you:mad:

Volare is a full Handling contract, although pushback may be done by Menzies unitl FS get there own tug.

Just been browsing this thread, some interesting stuff here.

I notice there was talk of setting up a website for the info, has anyone done this?, and is there still a demand for one? If so, I may be interested in getting the ball rolling.

TechProblem 12th November 2007 20:03

As of Feb 08, Flight Support take full handling off Aviance for VLM in Manchester.

Flight Support have opened ops at ABZ, now all i know is that they are providing handling for FlyBe, anyone else know anything more?

Manchester
Volare is leaving the Man route, Monarch is still up in the air, and with Easyjet rumored to come to Man, Aviance may start it as it will be GB Airways, but Flight Support will be hot on there heals!

Heathrow Handling post T5

I've updated my Heathrow website with current handling agents and also post T5 moves. As always it's difficult to keep track of the changes, so any further updates always welcome. The Terminal moves are a "best guess" drawn from a variety of forums, blogs, and articles etc and is subject to change.
