Fuel pumping charges
 
Do fuel suppliers impose a fixed charge per refuelling?

If so, what is the magnitude of these. I ask as ity is clearly has to be taken into when considering tankering fuel.

You can get a good idea from the likes of World Fuel Services, if in the UK or Euro zone try the LGW office for data.
