OPS at UPS in Cologne?

Does anyone know, if UPS have an OPS center for their European flights in Cologne?
If so, do you possibly have some contacts there for me?

Hi

ups have a ops in cgn but the dispatchers are all in SDF, in cologne the ops decide only contingencys and prepare the flights papers for the crews.
