i do believe this is a true rumour, can anyone put any light on this??

also, one of the conditions is a certain top person in emerald has to go as part of the take over please please let us all know if this is true.

Hmmm, not heard this one (well for a while), although I heard the other day that the people who bought the BAC AOC were offered Emerald but had a once over of the books and looked elsewhere, but that is purely speculative.

I would think it would be unlikely that ACL would want to get their fingers burned again, by all accounts the fall out from the BAC purchase continues to rumble on, nasty surprises still being found when various stones are overturned and there were those who drove that particular debacle and paid the ultimate price with the old spanish fiddle.

Just cant see it, anyone who was closely involved with their last takeover I think would tend to agree with me.

seems they have not been bought yet....maybe they didnt like the figures

especially the recent ones :-)
