route plan range map software

Hi folks

Am sick of surfing the web looking for exactly what i want and wondered if anyone out there knew of a suitable website or software tool.
I am looking for an interactive map that i can put a circle on a specific airfield (or lat/long). Save me doing it with a compass on a paper map.
eg. 3000nm circle centered on say ATH.
Idea being we can reach anywhere in this circle 0wind fully loaded. So far half loaded. That sort of thing.

Anyone seen/got something?
