JAR 1.1290 and JAR 1.135
 

Hi all :)

Does any body have a comment about the JAR 1.125 and 1.135
numbered regulations ?

1. Is it an obligation to carrying of all FIR notams on board ?

2. Is it an obligation to carrying of all Enroute Alternate notams
on board ?

3. Do JAR stipulates us to give above NOTAMs for each flight ?

As you know the FIR notam informations takes many many pages
and JAR says that only "appropriate NOTAM/AIS briefing documentation" , no says any other .
