Summer work at GLA
 

just wondering if there are any jobs at GLA that a student like my self could do between june and the end of september and possibly weekends after that. is it possible to get employment at an airport for such short time each year?

I'd check with the handling agents first, but you could also try BAA for security jobs (www.baa.com). If all else fails you could try the shops, it gets you into the airport where you can find out about more jobs.

thanks guys, i guess i would need a car if i was to work at the airport... how much would i expect to earn as a check in or dispatch person?

what exactly do these roles involve?

I'm just about to finish my degree in edinburgh and am thinking about doing some job at the airport, dispatch sounds good imo, anyone got any information about this at EDI? GLA is an option but I live closer to EDI :)
