Im a dispatcher in Dub mate. Just apply to all the handling companies, they will train you up. Tho i did have a lot of experiance in other depts. in the airport industry!!
Also the web address fir DIT is www.DIT.ie :D :D |
im a loader in dublin at the mo,do u know wat compant would be the best to go for?Aviance?
|
Aviance is full at the mo. They only hired internally this year. City Jet took on some people a few weeks ago as far as i know. Not sure about circus air!!
|
Sky Handling (not CityJet!!) are definitely short dispatchers. They hire you and train you from scratch.
However I'm not too sure if they are hiring now for the summer or not as they have already started training a few. No harm asking! And the course is definitely run by DIT. It's in St. MArgarets at the back of the airport as far as i know, two nights a week. -- Platinum |

dit bolton st. do a two year course. ,covering year 1, w+b, met, nav, air law, atc etc. not a bad little course to get you going. you can opt out after a year and have enough to go on as you can do the first year separately
