Swissport?

Does anyone know if the Swissport buy out of Groundstar is still happening?

Everyone was saying that it should all be done and dusted by Christmas, and now its getting on for Easter and no sign of an announcement. Any news?

If you look at the Swissport or Groundstar websites, it seems as if the deal has finally been done. Will be interesting to see the change to Swissport shapes up!
