They're advertising for a new ops/crewing manager.........is this a new position or another timely reshuffle?

Need to get yer finger on the pulse Apron. The managers job you talk about is for BMIbaby which is about to get / has just got (delete as appropriate) its very own AOC, hence it will be run as a separate (sic) company.
