DCS helpdesks online?

Hi all out there...

I am working in an operation with several DCS systems and I wonder if anybody knows online helpdesk and/or news server for the following DCS:

Atraxis (Swiss)
Arco (Alitalia)
Olympic
Iberia
Gaetan (Air France)
Codeco (KLM)

Or is anybody knows a place where to share news and problems with the above mentioned systems?

CODECO have 2 helpdesks in AMS,

one manned 24hrs and one manned during office hours.
My company also have their own support desk for CODECO, dealing with more minor day to day internal problems.
