IFR Flight Plans

Whats the Lee-way on IFR flight plan departure times? (UK)

As in, how much time before or after the time set on the flight plan can you Depart (without it being classified as a "Delay")
Not meaning to appear rude, but I really dont' want any assumptions/opinions/feelings/thoughts/comments/judgements please, just the answer to the above question.

Thanking you in advance

Eurocontrol suspends the flight plan about 17 mins after the estimated take off time (estimated take off time +5 or +10 mins from the filed EOBT). If departing early, I’m not sure really; I think more than 10 mins would be where it would start to get unreasonable.

However, if subject to a CTOT, your actual take off time compared to the Calculated Take Off Time can be a maximum of 5 mins early, or 10 mins late.
