US Take-Off Minima in Notam
Might someone be able to help with the take-off minima in the Notam below, respectively confirm my interpretation is right? I'm assuming "300-1" means an RVR of 300 ft or visibility of 1 SM.
A3683/21 NOTAMN Q)KZNY/QPDCH/I/NBO/A/000/999/4038N07347W005 A) KJFK B) 2104051744 C) 2108161744EST E) BETTE SIX DEPARTURE... DEEZZ FIVE DEPARTURE (RNAV)... GREKI SEVEN DEPARTURE... HAPIE SIX DEPARTURE... KENNEDY FIVE DEPARTURE... MERIT SIX DEPARTURE... TAKEOFF MINIMUMS: RWY 13L, 300-1 OR STANDARD WITH MINIMUM CLIMB OF 310 FT PER NM TO 300. TEMPORARY CRANE 204FT MSL 1.69 NM EAST OF JFK AIRPORT (2020-AEA-10569-OE). ALL OTHER DATA REMAINS AS PUBLISHED. |
I read 300-1 as 300ft ceiling and 1 mile visibility.

Thank you, plans123. Got it. I wasn't aware take-off minima sometimes came with ceilings in FAA-land. Makes sense, though.
