Climb speed vs Cruise Cost Index

Hi guys,

I am new to this forum. I am asking for some expert real life feedback on A340-313E operation

Do you think the following figures sound correct? These are performance data from a real N-flight planning OFP. I have doubts on the climb speed figures

CLIMB 250/315/M82
CRZ 320 CI024
DESCENT M82/284/250
