Crewing: The hardest job to get in aviation???
Hey Folks,
Having flown for many years now as crew, I'm looking to move away from flying. For months I have been trying to get a foot in the door in a Crewing Department, it's something i've been wanting to do for sometime, however nearly all airlines require a minimum of a years experience(some even ask for 5!), experience which is impossible to gain when every airline requires experience! I'm finding it near enough an impossible task to even get a reply, let alone an interview or god forbid an actual job! Any advice would be greatly appreciate |
Many Airlines now require their Crewing Staff to have a degree (particularly in the Middle East) - Not to sure why - a degree in common sense is normally sufficient.

Hi Username_ I’ve PM’d you. I used to work in Crewing, and gained a foothold by being utterly flexible on taking any crewing job anywhere for any T&C’s. Once you have your minimal experience, you can move on, after all. |
