Career as Flight Dispatcher
 

Greeting every one
I wanted to make this thread to ask for assistance in being a flight dispatcher,

I'm from North Africa i'm holding an Air Navigation Control diploma but in our country to get a job with this diploma you need to have a lots of contacts and you have to pay a lot of money from under the table and if you are lucky you may get a job.
Since it is not that easy to get a job in the field that i really enjoyed the most i planning to change my future and be one day a Flight Dispatcher (Where to study, do i need a FDP license and where can i find a job as FDP).
If any one can help me and provide me with any useful information i will be very grateful
