License for Flight dispatchers in France

Goodday dear threaders!!

Please i have a question i would love to ask and get a candid response. My question goes thus: Do French aviation schools issue flight dispatcher license at the end of training? If yes, what is the name? And if No, who then issues it? Thank you.
