Nice to see the joining requirements don't need a degree which is the norm in the Middle East these days.....
The best I've got is a degree in common sense, and many will question that...:\

FAA dispatchers licence.
I remember in the old days of Flying Colours the company sent a few Ops guys to complete the course in Fort Lauderdale !
