Air Transat Manchester hand baggage checkin query
My apologies for invading this forum, but I hope somebody maybe able to provide an answer to my question.
I'm planning on flying Club Class with TSC next summer to Vancouver and note that there is a slight vagueness in the wording for hand baggage on the Canadian Affairs website: The size of hand luggage cannot exceed 23 x 40 x 51 centimetres on Air Transat flights (sizes are approximate). I am planning on taking camera equipment with me that goes in a backpack style case, the dimensions of which are: 25 x 36 x 51 cm. When I spoke to Canadian Affairs they advised that it 'should be okay', but obviously it would be difficult if I had to try to reorganise at checkin. Does anybody know, from current experience, how strict Air Transat at on keeping to the exact measurement? Thanks in advance. |
Hand baggage rules aren't strictly enforced, unless your bag looks massively bigger than what's allowed :ok: I wouldn't worry. Check your PMs
