British Airways TCO/Dispatch Heathrow

Hello,
I am currently working on the ramp at Heathrow and am looking to make a move in to operations at BA, and the logical step seems to be in to aircraft dispatch or as a TCO as BA call it. Can anyone tell me if they are going to be recruiting again any time soon? What is the starting salary at the moment (including shift pay)? And finally what are my chances of landing the job should it arise - I have spent a year and a half on the ramp and am educated to a fairly decent standard (GCSEs, A levels).
Thanks for any help

Try Menzies LHR, I think they're taking on.

Hi

TCO positions are advertised internally within BA, therefore you need to be working at BA to apply. So I suggest applying for any job at BA to get into the company and once it advertised (usually every 6 months) you can apply for the position.

Hopefully that helps a bit.

Thanks for the replies. I remember seeing positions advertised externally in Feb/March this year, but unfortunately at the time I couldn't apply, so was wondering if that may be be the case next year. Any info on salary?
