Filght Dispatcher in philippines

Hi all

Ive head the career as a flight dispatcher and i figured its going to be an exciting career. Ive become interested about it and want to take it seriously. Im a graduate of IT is possible to have a license and become a flight dispatcher? and do you know any good schools that gives training and short courses.
