A320 Crew Vs Aircraft Ratio

Does anyone have the no. of crew set per aircraft of a typical A320 LCC operator? I reckon something like:
- 6 set of tech crew (1 Capt and 1 F/O) per aircraft
- 5.5 set of cabin crew (4 cabin crew) per aircraft.
Any other suggestion?

My outfit uses 5.5 flight crew per plane, with good daytime utilization and some night flights.

under EASA-IR rules: 4.1,
techcrew for a single B73-7 styled base.

Currently a bit below the 5.5, raising to well above 6 which will lead to redundancies (a few hundred) in about a years time, after most of the boeings are gone.
