Nexus Flight Support messed our flights!

Ola!

Have you heard of Nexus Flight Support, India? A Saudi based flight support company with a "branch" in India.

Being their Saudi clients, we decided to take their services in India. Fuelling and permits. Not only did they delay the fuelling which cost us a lot of money and a lot of flak (with staff being fired) from the bosses.

It is pathetic to see that some companies give out false information on their website like saying they have an established office, with various staff stationed in the office and at airports. FALSE information.

I would just like to ask a company such as this one, what is it with you? Do you realize your lies can cost someone their job? Cost someone their credibility?

Has anyone had this experience? Has anyone worked with Nexus Flight Support?

What do you expect from flight support companies?

I haven't heard of these lot.
High quality is possible in India but you have to pay for it :E

Purple Locator 30th Mar 2014 05:57

True!

That is the case everywhere! And yes payment is not a problem, I think the problem begins when companies that claim to have a lot of experience mess up VIP flights.

I'm sure there are a few companies that not only provide excellent services but also don't try to rob their clients off.

Know any?

codybanks 31st Mar 2014 14:43

Well, it is not surprising. There are some companies that claim to have 24/7 ops department and direct contact with CAA when in fact they don't. I would also like to beware of such companies and know about peoples experiences.

Flight Support based in U.A.E.

Hi All,

I work with the company based in U.A.E. where the staff came from different reputable flight support company in Dubai such as J**** and U**

We are a team with a very strong knowledge in Aviation business including Flight support, Flight planning even aircraft parts.

bottom line is. unlike the big companies. we arrange services with no additional margin such as disbursement fee. (even permits will be free as long as the C.A.A won't charge anything).

If you would like to know more. PM me. ill give you the company website and profile if you must know.

Can't tell you the name of the company yet, not until 2016 (my boss said) ;) .. 'cause surely this will create a big impact on the aviation biz and the big guys who charge enormously will most probably investigate when they see this and how we do things.

PM me guys for any queries.. am not here to sell.. just to spread the good news.. am just a small guy here trying to earn money for FAA flight dispatcher license : )

- Happy Flight Planning !!

Free permits and no disbursement. You'll be working for nothing then and what an incentive for the staff to provide a good service. JechonLine maybe PM me and tell me more.

IMHO all that is needed in Flight Support are 3 key elements:

Reliability.
Transparency.
Trust.

Number 3 comes only after 1 & 2 are delivered constantly.

JechonLine 6th Dec 2015 06:23

dc9-32.. I totally agree with your comment.

i myself too having a doubt on how they earn money. but working here for more than 8 months showed me how very transparent they are.. like giving the same invoice from local agents with their same fees.

Reliability and trust can only be proven by providing services you need.

I dont want to give you much info.
1.) It makes me looked like im selling :)
2.) I dont have a "Go signal"
3.) No benefit for me.. and it sucks :ugh: (maybe i should be in sales team and ask for incentives ;) )

Going back to earning money. i believe there's a bigger picture here.

JechonLine

I look forward to your next reply/PM.

As for Nexus, if I were a company using Nexus and Nexus told me they didn't know where PANC is, I'd ditch them immediately.
