Anyone who considers themselves a crew planning expert have any spare time on their hands? Don't be modest now, i need some help....

Ask a pilot :E pretty much every Captain thinks they are a crewing and rostering expert. :p

PS I am a Captain but have also worked in ops in the past so know both sides of the fence so feel qualified to take the piss out of crew.

What sort of help do you need? Advice or short term planning cover ?
