Licensed Crewing Staff

I understand Easyjet have licensed crewing staff. Can anyone point me in the direction of any information relating to this licencing procedure / requirements etc, etc.

Many thanks

There is no official qualification. but all staff must complete a FTL training program yearly. Failure to meet the required standard would result in some form of disciplinery....i presume

I'd heard that crewing licencing was to be a requirement of EU-OPS

Easyjet staff have an FAA dispatcher licence. The FAA is an american licence which covers lots of areas of operation. They used to send them to Sheffield School of Aeronautics in Florida. I don't know if they're still sending here or using somewhere else.
