Israel: Try these guys, they're ok. http://www.maman.co.il/

Iran: All I have is this - they can at least point you in the right direction.

I have a feeling that the Isrealis would be VERY interested in your payload, no they'll not give you an overflight for any destination in Iran:=

CR2 25th Oct 2009 15:52

Well, he does say DXB-KDH, which would overfly Iran. Maybe TLV after KDH?

PM me if you want further accurate information.

crushmix4u 26th Oct 2009 05:34

Thanx i will try this address:ok:

VIKING9 26th Oct 2009 08:37

And if you wanted to land in Israel, the agents in the sand won't be able to help you with a permit

CR2 26th Oct 2009 11:50

You should read carefully. Maman can help with permits, so can Laufer (Lauffer?) for that matter. :hmm:

C-N 26th Oct 2009 12:37

I think there's no overfly for Israel. Only landing. Besides, there are no airways that allows you to overfly.

merlinxx 26th Oct 2009 18:09

Read my lips ! As I've said, and as C-N has said, you CANNOT OVERFLY ISRAEL:ugh::ugh::ugh::ugh::ugh:

CR2 26th Oct 2009 21:41

Hmm. Think crusmix should tell us in plain English what exactly he wants. Re-reading the initial post, you can come up with all kinds of scenarios.

Granted title is Israel overflights. And agreed you can't overfly. BUT... the majority of his question seems to refer to DXB-KDH, Iran etc...

How is this for a scenario DXB-KDH live flight, overflying Iran. Then KDH to Cyprus or Malta ferry then hop over to TLV? There are always ways of getting around "problems".

BTW crush, Chapman Freeborn have very good contacts in Afghanistan.

dc9-32 26th Oct 2009 22:01

There are only 5 airlines in the world who are authorised to overfly Israel FIR. So for everyone else, you CANNOT OVERFLY ISRAEL :=

I too have excellent contacts within Afghanistan - it's called the CAA.

VP8 27th Oct 2009 14:32

DXB-KDH we usually go via Oman/Pakistan:ok:

Plus Iran have now stated that any flights that want to overfly Iranian airspace to/from Afghan airspace has to go through Diplo channels.

dc9-32, out of interest, I would bet on Jordanian, Egyptian and American operators. THY (Turkish)? Just a guess. Interesting subject.

I Heard That Israel Is Not Possible And We Routing Via Iran

crushmix4u I Heard That Israel Is Not Possible And We Routing Via Iran

GOOD LUCK!!:uhoh:

If it is for a military support operation into Kandahar, it will most likely have to be made via Diplomatic Channels

Ok folks. Is it only me that is confused?

Why would one want to route over Israel to get from DXB to KDH in the first place?

STN Ramp Rat 28th Oct 2009 17:29

Why would one want to route over Israel to get from DXB to KDH in the first place?
right from the first post I have been looking at this thread with interest hoping that some one would answer that question. Even if Iran was a no go then you would route through Pakistan. Its not as if its not a well trodden path after all. I bet some of the aircraft that do this route could find their own way they do it so often:E

VIKING9 28th Oct 2009 21:22

Maybe it's to get the aircraft TO Dubai from Europe :bored:. Go around Israel, no other choice :ugh:
