Try the IATA Ground Handling manual; if my memory serves me you'll find the format's in there.

I think the IATA Passenger Services Conference Resolutions Manual may have the passenger manifest format

There are no published industry standards for two of the messages you state, those being FCM & MCL. The only published structured mesages within the industry for crew lists are via APIS EDIFACT which is not benerally but can be transmitted via Type-B.

The Passenger Manifest (if dispatched as a teletype message, TPM) should conform to IATA Recommended Practice 1717 which is in the IATA PSC Manual.

Hi, trying to find where I can find info on IATA Type B Message Addresses before it fades away in favour of email. Specifically the two letters after the city code and before the airline code. I know most airlines have stuck loosely to a standard but where can I find the standard?

i.e.

O? = Operations
FF = Freight
KK = Airport KL = Load Control
LL = Lost Baggage
FF = Freight
V? = Programming ??
X? = Comms
E? = Engineering etc.

The "Boss" is usually given a "Z" as the last letter of the two
