BAA pay scales

Ladies/Gents

Any idea of the pay scales for BAA? I am looking at a job which is marketed as 'ASM'?

Thx:ok:

ASM means "Airport Senior Manager" in BAA speak. There isn't a pay scale as such for this level as it would involve a personal contract, so salary would depend on experience and location and could be negotiable, but as a guide anything between 30K-45K range might be possible. Pay increases/bonuses would be based on personal performance against agreed targets and company performance.

anything between 30K-45K
 Is that all for an ASM!? I assume the 45K at London Airports less at the others?

ASM is the "lowest" level of Senior Mgmt in BAA, higher levels attract higher pay. The 45K top figure was a "might". It perhaps could be more. Similar jobs at different airports have different pay ranges, something to do with cost of living in the area. LHR normally has highest range.
