PSA Training

I start my psa training in 3 weeks for myt, what does psa training usually consist of, and what exams are there? I was previously cabin crew for them.

Also, does anyone know of any good websites to print a off a list of common airport codes to get learning.

Thanks
karen

During all the interviews that I've had for passenger services jobs, the interviewers have always run through a little bit about the job and the training course. The common concensus from the information I've picked up is that the PSA training will include; training on all of the main job functions (check-in, boarding, meeting flights), health and safety, dealing with suspicious packages and dangerous items, dealing with difficult passengers and learning about airline specific policies.
