BA customer service agent
 
Hi, I would really be grateful someone could help me out here...

Back in Feb I accepted a job from Ba as a customer service agent but was told that I didn't have a training date. It's now August, I have emailed and phoned Ba but they could not tell me anything! Has anyone experienced this, how long did you have to wait? I'm just worried that I will never start as my application is only valid for a year!

Have never experienced this situation with BA in particular however i do believe that this can be quite common for passenger service jobs. Some people i know assumed that they were unsuccesful as they had not heard back from thier employer for some time until they got a phone call to tell them they got the job. I guess it maybe a waiting list system as there is quite a high staff turnover in some places so they have someone to train straight away.
But in your case i guess it is a long time to wait,and are you just willing to pack up the job your in to start with BA or is there a notice period that you have to give??
Also id like to ask were did you manage to find the passenger service agent job for BA, i have looked everywere to see were they advertise and if they advertise at all but with no luck!! were did you find it and what is the process you had to go through??:rolleyes:
